cygwinで使用されるファイルパーミッションをWindowsのGUI上から変更するツールです。
任意のファイル/フォルダを選んで
パーミッションを設定できます。
Windows/POSIX両形式のパス名が表示されます。
右クリックメニューから使用するためには、SendToフォルダに実行ファイルのショートカットを入れる必要があります。

chmod for cygwin Win32 GUI

Open any file/folder
Set cygwin permissions.
You can see Win/POSIX style path.
If you want to use with right-click menu, you have to put the shortcut of ModMod.exe into 'SendTo' folder.
